Having spent an enjoyable 2 weeks at MAK villa we have booked again.

The Villa is like home from home comfortable and welcoming with plenty of space for everyone.

We found a cupboard full of spare towels, supplies such as toiletries sun creams and cleaning items

from previous guests as well as a welcoming pack which was most appreciated after a long flight.

The master bedroom was lovely and cosy , ample space and had the most relaxing view of pool and

nature reserve at rear of villa.

There is a games room with a variety of items to pass the time( if you have any) as well as games,

books and a good wifi signal throughout.

We had a car to get around but found the villa in a good location with easy access to all the major

routes.

We had good communication with owners Marilyn & Keith throughout the whole booking process

and even after our return which is why we have chosen to rebook and look forward to our return in

2026

We have spent many happy holidays at Mak villa. From the moment of contacting Marilyn & Keith

regarding booking you are put at ease with their Knowledge, guidance and super friendliness.

We had part of our trip impacted by Hurricane Milton but Marilyn and Keith went out there way to help and accommodate our needs with changes and adjustments.

Mak villa is well situated for days at the parks or quiet days at many of the local national parks and

towns. There are plenty of shops restaurants and a choice of supermarket close by.

The villa is well maintained, spacious, clean and fully equipped with all you would need—even the

kitchen has more gadgets than most incl an air fryer and fridge with ice maker/ dispenser.

You will find plenty of towels, crockery, glassware as well as spare bedding should you need.

The bedrooms have ample storage, ceiling fans, comfortable beds along with the masters having en

suites and views of the conservation area out the back.

The large lounge area has large flat screen tv on wall yet is warm and welcoming leading out to the

pool area which is relaxing especially at night while watching sunset and listening to the wildlife.

The grounds around the villa are well kept & in a gated quiet area, perfect for an evening stroll

around the estate which is a must especially at Halloween and Christmas time seeing the homes

decorated.

Just returned from a fortnight at MAK villa and we are looking forward to to our next visit.

Perfect location for us the estate it’s on is mostly residential so has a total different vibe much better than the huge holiday estates.

Morning walks always great with smiles and waves from neighbours.

The new roads and homes being built to the north give much better access to the fantastic cities of Clermont and Winter Garden.

Plenty of shopping near the villa and quick access to the dreaded I4  

The villa itself was perfect for our needs and with no rear neighbours morning coffee at the pool was extremely peaceful.

I would recommend staying here to everyone and would like to thank our hosts for being available for anything at any time.

 We stayed in Mak Villa August 2024, and what an absolute delight it was. The villa itself was amazing and was stocked with everything you could possibly think of. We loved everything about it. Our eldest daughter (17) was especially taken with the Marilyn Monroe room even if she did have to google who she was 🙈. The villa and pool were very clean and it really was home from home. Being so close to a nature reserve the night time was something to behold. I would sit outside and just listen to the wildlife it was beautiful. This however couldn't be heard once inside so didn't disturb our sleep. The neighbourhood is very private and secure as it is a gated community. We met some lovely locals on our walks around the estate as we would call it in England. They were very friendly and would happily talk to us. Clermont itself is a lovely town with everything close by. A Publix supermarket is literally down the road as was Walmart and Doller Tree. We only did Universal this visit but the drive was reasonable. We would highly recommend Mak Villas and we will most certainly visit again. Thank you Marilyn and Keith for letting us stay, you have enabled us to make some unforgettable memories.

 We’ve just returned from our second stay at MAK Villa. It has everything you’d expect from your own home and more. 
Two great king sized rooms, both with ensuite, and two twin rooms with a shared bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, with an American fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and in the utility room, a washer and dryer. 
The garage has been converted into a games room, with pool table, air hockey, ping pong and table football. 
Of course it’s main feature is the good sized pool, with plenty of furniture around it, and a dining table and chairs. 
It’s location is absolutely fantastic, very near to a good selection of supermarkets, restaurants, and main highways, providing easy links to Disney, Universal, International Drive and further afield, such as Kennedy Space Center.
Above all of the excellent facilities though, is the amazing hospitality offered by Marilyn and Keith. They both really go out of their way to make your holiday a truly memorable one, answering any questions you might have not only before you book, but after, and during your stay. This was reinforced for us as we couldn’t get the ice working from the fridge. Keith very kindly called us from the UK to sort it out, and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant to try too!
Our only regret? We left it 7 years to return. We won’t leave it so long next time!

 My husband and I just returned from MAK Villa along with our daughter and two granddaughters.  This was not our first visit to this fantastic home near Disney and Universal.  Owners Marilyn and Keith go above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything required for a comfortable stay, and their standards are high with maintenance and quality!  We keep coming back because we feel safe in this quiet gated community that is close to many amenities and all the big attractions.  Marilyn and Keith are quick to respond to any questions and treat their guests like family.   We never entertain staying anywhere else when we go to Florida.   The pool was a big hit with our granddaughters and it is maintained regularly.  On a rainy day there is the games room in the garage with multiple games to keep everyone busy.  Everything you need is right here at this lovely home that will feel like your home away from home!   We can’t wait for our next visit!

I returned home yesterday from MAK villa.  I have been to Florida a few times now.   This was the first time staying at MAK villa in clermont.  

The villa was fantastic, home from home, very comfortable, beds living area etc.  very well stocked with crockery cutlery and everything in between.   Very well maintained.  Pool fantastic and maintained well.   Perfect to have a rest from theme parks. Villa is peaceful as there is conservation area at back.  

Gated community well kept and secure. Lovely little community pool. (We did not use this) but it was in use each day. 

The owners have been brilliant throughout our booking and rental.  Very responsive to any queries and the fact I had to move my dates around (pandemic).  

Clermont has been the best for us so far in location.  Groceries shopping much easier we found.  Not crazy mad, which is perfect.  But to any first timers, I recommend walmarts around us192 as an experience lol.  If you know you know

Would I stay here again????  Absolutely I would, and plan to.  Now I’m planning my next trip.  To all who will be staying here at MAK, have the best time there xx

 My mom and me stayed in MAK villa last May and we had (again) an amazing time! Besides the weather that was extremely nice (30+ degrees Celsius every day with no rain), we loved the location and setting of this lovely home. Marilyn and Keith really do love their home and it shows. We came back here after 6 months and some nice new changes had been made. New loungers, new decorations, new kitchen supplies, these owners (and management) are really taking care of this lovely nice house. The beds sleep very comfortable and the showers have great water pressure! If there is anything wrong or broken in the house, the management reacts very quickly and Marilyn or Keith always check if everything is ok, which is really great. Not all home owners care the way they do. This house is also located very close to shops, restaurants and Disney. We liked it so much we also booked for 2026 and 2027, unfortunately 2025 was already fully occupied in the time we like to come. We would highly recommend this villa, it ticks all the boxes!

 I recently stayed at the Mak Villa in Mission Park for 17 nights, and it truly felt like a perfect home away from home. The owners, Marilyn and Keith, were incredibly accommodating and responsive to any requests we had. They even went above and beyond by arranging for an additional pool cleaning during our stay. The villa's location is ideal, with numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby. Overall, our experience at the Mak Villa was exceptional, and I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

 Just back from a 10 day stay at MAK villa and would like to thank Marilyn and Keith for sharing their wonderful home with us upon arrival, a welcome pack was left for us, with all the amenities required to get us started, milk, bread, cereal etc. They even went through the extra effort of leaving a birthday cake and candles for our son, who's 10th birthday was the day after we arrived. The villa is in a perfect, peaceful location, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. Marily was extremely helpful with us planning our holiday, including recommending Jo from Holiday Car Hire for our rental, at an unbeatable price. We are already looking at booking our return visit.......once again, thank you!!!!

 We have just arrived back home and we are already working out when our next trip will be. Both Keith and Marilyn have been brilliant. Our trip was meant to be September 2020. And a little global pandemic put a full stop to that trip. Communication was brilliant and we adjusted twice to the trip we just went on.

The way they both treat you like family and want to make your trip the best it can be is exceptional. When we arrived we had a little card welcoming us and bread, milk, butter, jam, some sweet treats and a carrot cake.

The location is as described. It took maximum of 30 mins to get to any of the disney parks and thats including traffic. There are alot of shops and restaurants nearby. Including a large walmart, perfect for your amenities shopping.

The villa itself is beautiful. It has more than enough space and lovely comfy beds after long days in the parks. The pool is a great size and had inflatables and balls to play with.

We are already looking at 2026 for our next trip and obviously booking back with Marilyn and Keith at MAK florida Villa!

We arrived in Sept 2023 for a 3 week stay in this beautiful villa.

Upon arrival Marilyn and Keith arranged a welcome pack which kept us going till we hit the supermarket.

The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The outside area and pool are amazing. Game of pool at night with our grandson. we  thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MAK villa, we would highly recommend it. The surrounding community is very welcoming, its a quiet area , good for relaxing.. Its not to far from to supermarkets and fast food places.

We had exceptional communication through out our booking and even our stay.

It’s our last full day here in Florida and I just want to say a massive thanquietyou to Keith and Marilyn for allowing us to vacation in their beautiful home. 

Marilyn and Keith have been there since day 1 of our booking and nothing is too much for them to help with. The care and personal details they add is exceptional. 

When you arrive there is a welcome pack with bread, milk and stuff to keep you going until you can hit the shops! Amazing bonus for us it was also my bday when I was here and I had a bday card and cake thank you so much! 

The area is very local to everything and you’re only around 15 mins from the Disney parks. 

I have rebooked us again for 2025

 Hey Future guests.  You’ve made a smart choice choosing to stay at Mak villa or I call it Mak friendly villa.  Since arriving for a solo trip I’ve felt totally at home,welcomed and safe.  This is a quiet and  neighbourly  community within east reach of restaurants/parks/malls/ beaches etc.. The villa is very well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay and everything for a very comfy stay has been thoroughly thought of .  I will definitely book to stay here again and recommend you do too.  Thanks again to the owners Keith and Marilyn who are always around to help.  I would just like to thank you both for a fantastic 10 stay in your holiday home. Your home stands out from many others we have stayed in over the years in Orlando. The villa is spotless and the pool area fantastic.The villa is very equipped with everything you could possibly need.The welcome pack was very much appreciated, you went above and beyond leaving oat milk for my little one. When there was a issue with the a/c , it was sorted within the hour. Absolutely fantastic and we can’t wait to come back. We are leaving today, to board a cruise for a week, before we have to return home. Again thank you so much . We have all had a fabulous time.we have left a sting ray and a large alligator in the garage for others to enjoy

 HUGE thank you to Keith & Marilyn! Myself my husband and 4 children stayed at MAK VILLA December and I have never stayed anywhere before where the owners were so considerate of their guests! On arrival we had snacks and basics so it saved us having to go back out to the shops after a very long day of travel! They checked in to see if we were ok and if we needed anything throughout.. 

The villa itself is gorgeous, very spacious, clean and has its own pool, large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for us all! I 100% will return! And I believe we have made some lovely friends along the way thank you so much

We had an amazing time at MAK villa, immaculately clean and really well presented. The entire community made us feel very safe,  which is always an anxiety for us when abroad. The pool was great, nice temperature and again very clean and well kept. Kitchen was fitted out with everything, we managed to cook well without any issues. Beds very comfy, everything well decorated. We did not want to leave, next time we intend to reduce park tickets and spend more time in the pool. Owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide anything needed. Will be booking again without a doubt. Nothing negative about this villa at all!!

 Having just returned from our 3rd stay at MAK Villa we can honestly say we had a great time and were sad to come home. The time never seems long enough as we feel so settled at home there.

From the moment you contact Marilyn or Keith you are in good hands. No question is too much, they will do all they can to help you and offer tips and advice to make your whole holiday a magical event. We cannot praise them enough for all they do not only for their guests but anyone who is lucky enough to know them.

The villa is located in a gated community and a feeling of secure yet welcoming environment greets you as soon as you enter Mission park. People living/staying are friendly and approachable often waving and saying hi as you pass. We stayed over Halloween and there was a community feel with dressed houses and parents out with children.

The villa is well maintained with wifi , ample space, storage, seating, as well as general household items you would expect.  

On arrival we found the villa clean and tidy with a welcome pack containing the essentials for a few days inc bread, marg, milk, tea, coffee & sugar.

Each bedroom has plenty of storage, comfy clean beds, ceiling fans, with 3 of the rooms having tvs.

The kitchen was big enough for us and everything was functional and worked well. Enough crookery & cutlery to keep you going (well until you get a dishwasher load which was a welcome addition!) 

Plenty of cupboards to store goodies and even some useful items left from previous guests along with sewing kit first aid etc. 

Separate utility area with washing machine and a new modern dryer.

The 2 master rooms have en suite 1 with bath and shower other walk in shower (hairdryers & straighteners in each bathroom should you need them) and again the rooms were plenty spacious and beds huge! 

Lounge has an oversized wall mounted tv, table lamps and 3 sofas which are very comfy.

Outside pool deck has plenty of beds as well as chairs to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Pool is cleaned weekly. A large table makes a great spot for breakfast and a new awning above gives shade should it be needed.

Garage has several games tables inc pool & air hockey and stores pushchairs pool toys and other bits to enhance your stay.

A washing line is a welcome feature too as it doesn’t take long for the swimsuits to dry. 

The area outside villa is well maintained with cut grass, trimmed hedges and kept clean along  with whole community. 

You will not be disappointed with a stay at MAK and we have already booked 2 more stays.

Thank you Marilyn and Keith for an amazing stay at Mak villa Florida.. Great communication, instructions for entry etc very clear, handbook very easy to read, we had one issue with the aircon, we called the local number that was given in the handbook , and next day on return from the parks it had been fixed. Villa is close enough to the airport. lots of supermarkets around inc publix and walmart, lots of restaurants and eateries, shops, a short drive away. The villa was clean, with everything you could need for a home from home stay, lovely pool with comfy seating around and table with chairs, situated at the back of the villa on the edge of the park overlooking green fields, the sound of birds in the morning and evening is so beautiful such a relaxing place to sit with a cuppa!
The villa has four bedrooms all very clean with comfy large beds, two ensuite with lovely showers, two other twin bedrooms share a lovely large bathroom.
tvs in all rooms, ceiling fans, towels, hairdryers.
kitchen very well equipped,  includes a kettle which believe me isnt always inside american kitchens! we were left a lovely foid/ milk/ juice starter pack, all very welcome after a long journey from uk,. utility room with fast washer and dryer, you do need to buy laundry tabs n conditioner.. and dishwasher tabs.
There’s a pool table and air hocket table in the large garage which we used,.
The area is gated and secure, and the neighbours are so lovely.. we often received a ‘ good morning’ its a lovely neighbourhood, close enough to Disney further to universal. We didnt use the cooker but it looked ok, maybe kitchen needs updating, but only for looks sake, everything we used worked perfectly.. can’t really think of anything negative, just needs a little updating .. usb plugs maybe .. All in all a perfectly adequate and relaxing place to holidayand use as a base for Disney etc.

Finally recovering from jet lag but I wanted to  give a big shout out to Marilyn and Keith for being perfect hosts to us the last fortnight in Mak Villa.     

Mak Villa was just truly a home from home - ladies there’s even hair dryers and straighteners!  The Villa was perfect and the pool amazing for relaxing.

We also stayed during hurricane Ian and the service from their agents was great too - really felt looked after.  Keith and Marilyn were also in constant contact with me which was really comforting .  

Kids were delighted with the smart TVs which was nice to relax watching after long park days 

The washing and drying facilities meant we didn’t have to pack too much clothes and most of our washing was done before we got home  

Games room in garage !  Many a pool tournament had.

Publix and Walmart a short drive away, conveniently located in the 27 with short distance onto the 192 straight to Disney in about 25 mins if that - and universal maybe 40  - felt really quick  - and heaps of restaurants near by .

 So we’ve been back just over a week and what can we say except WOW … we had originally booked for October/November 2020 but we all know how that panned out and after lots of changes we finally went June. We flew in and out of Tampa and highly recommend for children with additional needs as it’s so quiet and quick. We stayed in Tampa for the first few days before heading to MAK villa. very easy to find Keith sent us all the directions even changing it for us when we said we were coming from Tampa. We entered the house and straight away everyone was off in different directions looking and searching, the welcome pack was just a wonderful surprise. We’ve been coming to Disney for 16 years and this is the first time we’ve ever had one! So a nice cup of tea and slice of cake to start the unpacking. With our girls finding swimsuits to jump straight in the pool. They are both very confident and amazing swimmers so we didn’t need to worry. It was very well used. The house it’s self felt like a home and not a holiday let which we totally loved the layout makes you feel like your all together all the time which is lovely as no one feels left out. The games room was a big hit with the hubby and our daughter who spent many hours perfecting their pool game! For me The day bed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst reading and supervising our 2 little ones in the water. The awning is a big hit to protect and cover that bit extra from the sun. It’s also the little touches for us Marilyn was on hand throughout our stay, welcoming us checking in to make sure we were ok. This shows that for them it’s more than a holiday let, it’s a family and they want you to enjoy your holiday and to know they are there on hand if there’s problems. The villa was beautiful and clean and fresh and that’s exactly how I left it washing and remaking the beds before we left and leaving it fully fresh just how we found it. (I did leave a little note for the cleaning squad to say this so they didn’t I’d not put them out to wash) DO NOT pack towels you don’t need them DO NOT take hairdryer straighteners you don’t need them, this is a home from home and everything you think you need is ready and waiting along with a lot more. So thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Until next time cause for the first time we know we’re coming back to the same villa cause it’s the best

We spent 15 nights at Mak Villa from 18th April and what a fabulous time we had, Marilyn and Keith are such wonderful hosts and are so helpful and knowledgeable, they helped us with car hire this year too and saved us a small fortune ( car hire prices have risen drastically since Covid ) we’ve been visiting Florida for 17 years and this is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and the only one that we’ve ever received a welcome pack which was full of essentials and goodies, we really appreciated that special touch and was so nice not having to go shopping straight away.

The villa is spacious, clean, peaceful, on a beautifully kept gated community with everything you need plus a beautiful pool which backs onto a nature reserve.
It’s in a nice quiet area with a Publix, Walmart, restaurants and a couple of bars with quick access to the 192.

We loved it and will definitely return in the not so distant future.

Returning Guests.

Well the time has come to leave this beautiful villa once again after spending 22 nights  Marilyn & Keith are the most kindest people And helpful also full of knowledge of any questions you may have with regards to car 🚘 hire or theme park tickets or flights ✈️ or anything else you not sure of they will do there best to advise you it’s very central for everything so if it’s for a special occasion or vaccination MAK VILLA is the place to be  LIZ,BILL & ADAM

Just leaving Orlando after a lovely 8 night stay in MAK Villa. Perfect location just off US27, close to Publix, Walmart, 7/11 and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Having our own space to relax and enjoy was fabulous and the pool made our holiday (we weren’t doing all the parks) Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the welcome items were a lovely touch and great start to our week. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

 Amazing villa in a great location for those wishing to relax in a peaceful location following a busy day exploring all Orlando has to offer. Spacious, clean and all the facilities you need, from a bottle opener to a fully equipped games room in the garage.  We had an amazing time staying here in February 2022 and our daughters especially loved the pool area.  It took us about 25-30 mins to get to Disney and about an hour to Universal and Premium Outlets, given the traffic in Kissimmee and on the I4, but being just off the 27 was really handy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Close to supermarkets for the essentials and close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps. We can’t wait to go back and stay in MAK Villa

 Just got back from renting this villa .You cannot fault the villa at all situated in a lovely part of Orlando close to everything. The owners could not do enough for us so helpful .Sadly the villa is already booked for this Christmas but we will be back at some point .

 Let me start out by saying that you won’t find any better host  than Keith and Marilyn. They go out of their way to make sure that everything you need is done right. We stayed at the MAK Villa from late Dec. 2019 until early Apr. 2020 for the snowbird season. The Villa is a solid 5 Star. It is very well maintained and has everything that a quest would need.  The photos of the Villa are spot on. The location is excellent with plenty of shopping, eating and activities all within a short drive.   The rear of the Villa backs up to a conservation area with abundant wildlife to be seen. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The only issue we encountered was the loss of the internet a few times but that was very quickly fixed by the maintenance company. We have rebooked the Villa for the snowbird season again this winter. The subdivision that the Villa is located in is very quiet and gated for privacy. We were greeted upon arrival and given a welcome package of the basic staples of food to get you going. Thanks to Keith and Marilyn for their hospitality. Can’t wait to go back to the MAK Villa.

and hubby Keith who own MAK villa enough. After being let down several years ago on our usual villa rental we luckily found Marilyn. From the very start they have been on hand to answer any questions and ease any worries you may have. The villa itself is located in a gated community and backs onto conservation area so not overlooked making a magical setting for sunsets and great for early mornings. We have stayed in the villa as a family of four and more recently with friends. Plenty of room for 2 families ( all adults) within the villa, bedrooms have ample storage, clean bedding ,air con and ceiling fans. The kitchen had all mod cons, plenty of plates ,cups, utensils & cooking equipment as well as a huge fridge ,dishwasher and utility area.  All linens are provided in a fully stocked cupboard containing swim/ beach towels ,flannels & sheets. Living space inside and out had adequate seating ample lighting and a variety of furnishings to make any downtime a relaxing occurrence. We highly recommend MAK villa and look forward to our return in 2022

If your looking for a home from home property! Then look now further, you have everything you need here it is in a gated community so Makes you feel very safe that people cant just wonder on to the estate. Mak villa is close to lots of shops too.

The estate is very clean and well looked after people are friendly and helpful..it is also very close to parks but also far enough away to rest and recuperate.

The villa is one of the cleanest and well equipt right down to push chairs for children! A well equipped kitchen utility room with washer dryer . The beds are massive and mattresses extremely clean and soft like sinking on a cloud .

The pool is amazing and is not looked over with beautiful views and very clean.

The villa is one of the best iv ever stayed in, I always contact Marylin and keith 1st, everyone that stays here will always rebook, the thing I love is there is no middle man! If you need something you just contact Marylin or keith and its sorted within minutes what ever time of day or night.

MAK villa will never be beaten cant wait to get back to this little piece of heaven .

We traveled from the UK to Mac Villa because we wanted a holiday which gave us freedom and not packaged up.
We paid for the flights accommodation disney, insurances, car hire ect ourselves.
Got to Mak Villa after a long day of travelling and on arrival there was a hamper with some  essentials and all the things you would immediately run out to get on arrival meaning we could start to enjoy our stay immediately. The villa was clean throughout with many bedrooms and bathrooms all dressed and ready to be used. Its a gated community which means we could enjoy our time without worrying whats going on outside. Disney is a stones throw away with all the other big resorts close by too. Garages, takeaways, Walmart and Publix supermarkets 1 and 3 miles away with restaurant’s and takeaways scattered everywhere.
Mak villa is just past all the holiday mayhem which means you can return to the villa on a quiet neighbourhood away from all the noise and madness and relax.
Having the swimming pool at the villa is a huge plus and great way to relax and unwind. 

Marilyn and Keith have been extremely accommodating and Made us feel welcome in their villa when absent, we rebooked again for next year before finishing our stay as we know it’s where we want to be next time.

Having just returned from our second stay at MAK villa I can honestly say its home from home. 

On arrival you are greeted by a clean spacious cosy living area which is ample big enough for 8 guests. A welcome pack containing all you need to start the holiday including Tea coffee bread cereals wine  etc was an unexpected yet appreciated treat. 

A huge TV in living area makes chilling after a busy day an enjoyable event especially with enough seating for us all to unwind.

There is plenty of space and cooking utensils in the kitchen to prepare snacks or even a full family meal with a huge fridge freezer and dishwasher making things easier.

All the bedrooms were clean and tidy with fresh bed linen and towels, plenty of storage and comfortable beds. There was even hairdryers & straighteners in the ensuites. 

Bedrooms, bathrooms living and outdoor areas all clean and well maintained, as well as the mission park community.

We spent several days around the pool area during our 3 weeks, enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature in surrounding conservation area as well as the amazing sunsets in evenings, which were breathtaking at times.

We had such a fantastic stay at MAK villa and have been made so welcome by Marilyn and Keith that we have booked our third visit.

Marilyn and Keith are fabulous people treating all guests as friends and welcome you into the MAK family not treated as just consumers . They are approachable, friendly and full of advice and am privileged to call friends now .

When Hurricane Dorian put pay to the east coast part of our Florida road trip, Marilyn and Keith came to our rescue.

Not quite the first week that we had planned, but can't think of a better place to be holed up for a few days. We left very chilled at the end of our stay.

A home from home with absolutely everything you need. Spotlessly clean, fantastic pool, amazing sunsets in the evenings and loads of space.

Mission Park is a beautifully kept gated community.

Wi-fi was fast and coverage good throughout the villa and also the pool..

Walmart and Publix are a 5/10 minute drive away.

Thanks again for sorting us out at such short notice, we will definitely be back.

 What do you look for when planning a Florida villa holiday?

Primarily you need it to be safe, you need your family to be safe and secure - in a brick building (you’d be surprised how many properties are built of just wood!), and you need to be way, way away from any gun crime potential. Mission Park needs a code to get through the barrier and gates and only about 10% of the properties are holiday rentals so it’s immaculately kept by the owners, the safest place I’ve seen while I’ve been driving all over, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Secondarily you need privacy. Somewhere clean and tidy you can relax. A home from home. MAK Villa ticks those all boxes. It overlooks a nature reserve at the back and we’ve been thrilled to see the eagles flying high above.

Thirdly, luxuries. A welcome pack on arrival welcomes you and that saved us - it’s strangely not that common (I presumed it would be takeaway central!) to get takeaways and not much is open very late out of town if you land late at night. The garage has games to play but is also stocked with previous tourists and the owners things such as inflatables, well worth a look through before you go mad in Walmart! A pool is just fantastic to have and this one is lit beautifully at night so appeals to adults fancying a late night bob about as well as busy kids expelling some energy.

Marilyn and Keith (MAK) have been absolutely amazing with us in terms of communication and help with recommendations in our planning. So helpful and kind. I feel like we are virtually family

 MAK Villa has everything you might need - air conditioning, a massive smart tv (though there’s rarely anything on!), a huge oven and hob, a microwave, kettle and massive American fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser (immeasurably vital!), utility room for washer and dryer and is fully equipped in the kitchen. Both master bedrooms have huge beds and huge en suites and the kids room share a cute bathroom too.

Having spent our entire savings and then some it may be a while until we come back but back to MAK Villa we will definitely be coming! If any potential renters have questions I am happy for anyone to ask questions via messenger, as I know Marilyn will too.

This is our review of Mak Villa! And wow what a Villa actually I'm going to say a home from home! This is our 2nd visit within 6mths to Marilyn & Keith's Floridian home! Once again the welcome was wonderful, exquisitely clean & a well stocked welcome pack from bread, butter cereals milk sugar tea coffee & even a cold bottle of wine, towels a plenty.
Keith & Marilyn were on hand if we needed them we have had such a wonderful time the area is gated so you feel very safe and if I'm honest this sets this villa apart from others a well looked after neighbourhood! the views at the back of the villa are amazing and very private.
There is nothing you need to make your stay perfect except ur clothes of cause🤣.
Lots of shops very close by Publics, Walmart, Target, five & below lots of restaurants so no need to go far for what you need.
Disney is very close by and very accessible but your also far enough away to relax from the hype of Disney.
This is the villa to choose if you want to he able to personally connect with the owners instead of the hassle of contacting a management company.
We cant wait to vist again in November and stay next door to Mak Villa Marylin whilst you are in residence of your beautiful floridian home.
This isn't it for us were off to spend a few days on Idrive! Happy holidays to who ever comes to this little piece of heaven

 Well what can I say about this wonderful villa that hasn’t already been said myself and my family are returning home tomorrow after 3 wonderful weeks here in the mak villa it’s been everything we wanted and needed and more the villa has 4 spacious rooms and a wonderful open plan living room/ kitchen it is fully equipped with everything and I mean everything u need the kids have loved having the pool and wishes they could take it home 😂 from the moment we arrived Marilyn and Keith have been wonderful we were welcomed with the biggest wellcome pack ever with all essentials so u don’t have to run out right away for anything any questions I have had they are right on hand .... giving out advice on where to go to eat , shop and even have a chill .... it takes 20/25 mins to get to Disney and 35/40 mins to universal perfectly situated ..... I could write a book on why u should choose mak villa it’s just been the best and we can’t wait to return in the future . Thank you for letting us have your home for 3 fab weeks.

 Our stay at Mak villa was nothing but perfect, we arrived on Friday 24th of May we found the villa easy and I loved that it was a gated community very reassuring and it was a lovely quiet street.
The villa has 4 bedrooms two with en suites and very spacious rooms the beds on both master's are very comfortable, the twin rooms were great for the kids the beds again were comfy there was plenty of room and great wardrobe/drawer space.
The open plan kitchen and lounge was great as a family of 7 it was lovely to spend time together whilst mom was cooking we could chat was great, the outside space is great there is a lovely pool seating area and a table and chairs, Marilyn had inflatables at the villa so the kids were pleased, but what really made them happy was the games room most mornings we played pool or the football table was great fun.
The villa is close to wallmart which is the biggest shopping centre around and very reasonable although there is plenty of other shops near by too also you don't have to go far for a great meal we dined out every night except one and even then we had a takeaway from chilli's.
We had some fantastic meals from steaks, wings, seafood and even Chinese.
Another great point about Mak villa was it wasn't too far away from the parks universal which we visited for 3 days was around 35 minutes and Disney and epcot was 20 minutes which was perfect we rented a car.
Marilyn was contactable very easily and was lovely we would highly recommend and definitely would stay again thank you Marilyn and Keith xx

 So we’ve been back just over a week and what can we say except WOW … we had originally booked for October/November 2020 but we all know how that panned out and after lots of changes we finally went June. We flew in and out of Tampa and highly recommend for children with additional needs as it’s so quiet and quick. We stayed in Tampa for the first few days before heading to MAK villa. very easy to find Keith sent us all the directions even changing it for us when we said we were coming from Tampa. We entered the house and straight away everyone was off in different directions looking and searching, the welcome pack was just a wonderful surprise. We’ve been coming to Disney for 16 years and this is the first time we’ve ever had one! So a nice cup of tea and slice of cake to start the unpacking. With our girls finding swimsuits to jump straight in the pool. They are both very confident and amazing swimmers so we didn’t need to worry. It was very well used. The house it’s self felt like a home and not a holiday let which we totally loved the layout makes you feel like your all together all the time which is lovely as no one feels left out. The games room was a big hit with the hubby and our daughter who spent many hours perfecting their pool game! For me The day bed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst reading and supervising our 2 little ones in the water. The awning is a big hit to protect and cover that bit extra from the sun. It’s also the little touches for us Marilyn was on hand throughout our stay, welcoming us checking in to make sure we were ok. This shows that for them it’s more than a holiday let, it’s a family and they want you to enjoy your holiday and to know they are there on hand if there’s problems. The villa was beautiful and clean and fresh and that’s exactly how I left it washing and remaking the beds before we left and leaving it fully fresh just how we found it. (I did leave a little note for the cleaning squad to say this so they didn’t I’d not put them out to wash) DO NOT pack towels you don’t need them DO NOT take hairdryer straighteners you don’t need them, this is a home from home and everything you think you need is ready and waiting along with a lot more. So thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Until next time cause for the first time we know we’re coming back to the same villa cause it’s the best

We spent 15 nights at Mak Villa from 18th April and what a fabulous time we had, Marilyn and Keith are such wonderful hosts and are so helpful and knowledgeable, they helped us with car hire this year too and saved us a small fortune ( car hire prices have risen drastically since Covid ) we’ve been visiting Florida for 17 years and this is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and the only one that we’ve ever received a welcome pack which was full of essentials and goodies, we really appreciated that special touch and was so nice not having to go shopping straight away.

The villa is spacious, clean, peaceful, on a beautifully kept gated community with everything you need plus a beautiful pool which backs onto a nature reserve.
It’s in a nice quiet area with a Publix, Walmart, restaurants and a couple of bars with quick access to the 192.

We loved it and will definitely return in the not so distant future.

Just leaving Orlando after a lovely 8 night stay in MAK Villa. Perfect location just off US27, close to Publix, Walmart, 7/11 and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Having our own space to relax and enjoy was fabulous and the pool made our holiday (we weren’t doing all the parks) Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the welcome items were a lovely touch and great start to our week. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

 Amazing villa in a great location for those wishing to relax in a peaceful location following a busy day exploring all Orlando has to offer. Spacious, clean and all the facilities you need, from a bottle opener to a fully equipped games room in the garage.  We had an amazing time staying here in February 2022 and our daughters especially loved the pool area.  It took us about 25-30 mins to get to Disney and about an hour to Universal and Premium Outlets, given the traffic in Kissimmee and on the I4, but being just off the 27 was really handy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Close to supermarkets for the essentials and close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps. We can’t wait to go back and stay in MAK Villa

The garage has games to play but is also stocked with previous tourists and the owners things such as inflatables, well worth a look through before you go mad in Walmart! A pool is just fantastic to have and this one is lit beautifully at night so appeals to adults fancying a late night bob about as well as busy kids expelling some energy.

Marilyn and Keith (MAK) have been absolutely amazing with us in terms of communication and help with recommendations in our planning. So helpful and kind. I feel like we are virtually family

 MAK Villa has everything you might need - air conditioning, a massive smart tv (though there’s rarely anything on!), a huge oven and hob, a microwave, kettle and massive American fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser (immeasurably vital!), utility room for washer and dryer and is fully equipped in the kitchen. Both master bedrooms have huge beds and huge en suites and the kids room share a cute bathroom too.

Having spent our entire savings and then some it may be a while until we come back but back to MAK Villa we will definitely be coming! If any potential renters have questions I am happy for anyone to ask questions via messenger, as I know Marilyn will too.

This is our review of Mak Villa! And wow what a Villa actually I'm going to say a home from home! This is our 2nd visit within 6mths to Marilyn & Keith's Floridian home! Once again the welcome was wonderful, exquisitely clean & a well stocked welcome pack from bread, butter cereals milk sugar tea coffee & even a cold bottle of wine, towels a plenty.
Keith & Marilyn were on hand if we needed them we have had such a wonderful time the area is gated so you feel very safe and if I'm honest this sets this villa apart from others a well looked after neighbourhood! the views at the back of the villa are amazing and very private.
There is nothing you need to make your stay perfect except ur clothes of cause🤣.
Lots of shops very close by Publics, Walmart, Target, five & below lots of restaurants so no need to go far for what you need.
Disney is very close by and very accessible but your also far enough away to relax from the hype of Disney.
This is the villa to choose if you want to he able to personally connect with the owners instead of the hassle of contacting a management company.
We cant wait to vist again in November and stay next door to Mak Villa Marylin whilst you are in residence of your beautiful floridian home.
This isn't it for us were off to spend a few days on Idrive! Happy holidays to who ever comes to this little piece of heaven

 Well what can I say about this wonderful villa that hasn’t already been said myself and my family are returning home tomorrow after 3 wonderful weeks here in the mak villa it’s been everything we wanted and needed and more the villa has 4 spacious rooms and a wonderful open plan living room/ kitchen it is fully equipped with everything and I mean everything u need the kids have loved having the pool and wishes they could take it home 😂 from the moment we arrived Marilyn and Keith have been wonderful we were welcomed with the biggest wellcome pack ever with all essentials so u don’t have to run out right away for anything any questions I have had they are right on hand .... giving out advice on where to go to eat , shop and even have a chill .... it takes 20/25 mins to get to Disney and 35/40 mins to universal perfectly situated ..... I could write a book on why u should choose mak villa it’s just been the best and we can’t wait to return in the future . Thank you for letting us have your home for 3 fab weeks.

 Our stay at Mak villa was nothing but perfect, we arrived on Friday 24th of May we found the villa easy and I loved that it was a gated community very reassuring and it was a lovely quiet street.
The villa has 4 bedrooms two with en suites and very spacious rooms the beds on both master's are very comfortable, the twin rooms were great for the kids the beds again were comfy there was plenty of room and great wardrobe/drawer space.
The open plan kitchen and lounge was great as a family of 7 it was lovely to spend time together whilst mom was cooking we could chat was great, the outside space is great there is a lovely pool seating area and a table and chairs, Marilyn had inflatables at the villa so the kids were pleased, but what really made them happy was the games room most mornings we played pool or the football table was great fun.
The villa is close to wallmart which is the biggest shopping centre around and very reasonable although there is plenty of other shops near by too also you don't have to go far for a great meal we dined out every night except one and even then we had a takeaway from chilli's.
We had some fantastic meals from steaks, wings, seafood and even Chinese.
Another great point about Mak villa was it wasn't too far away from the parks universal which we visited for 3 days was around 35 minutes and Disney and epcot was 20 minutes which was perfect we rented a car.
Marilyn was contactable very easily and was lovely we would highly recommend and definitely would stay again thank you Marilyn and Keith xx

We had a wonderful stay at the villa on the 24th May for 8 days followed by 6 days in the Bahamas. We only wished we had the villa in the Bahamas as two double rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids was quite cramped. The villa was beautiful and so spacious. A lovely welcoming open plan lounge and kitchen just the ticket for relaxing after hectic days at the parks, and the pool was ideal. The children loved it. It was tastefully furnished and very homely. It took us around 20 mins to Disney depending on the traffic and a little longer to Universal, we also went to Bush garden around an hour away. We would definitely recommend Marilyn and Keith MAK villa. It was just perfect for us.

My family and I enjoyed our second stay at MAK Villa in April this year after making a late booking and once again it exceeded our expectations. Located centrally to all the attractions in Orlando and only an hours drive to enjoy Tampa’s Busch Gardens this homely Villa has everything you need to have a great holiday. 

There are 4 spacious bedrooms to crash out in after busy days doing the parks. The kids enjoyed cooling down in the swimming pool in the evening. The rear of the Villa overlooks a nature reserve so it’s a great place to relax. WalMart is only 5 minutes drive away to keep you fully stocked with groceries and there are plenty of restaurants & eateries nearby. Personal favourite of ours was Mannys Chop House on the 192. Good choice of food, huge portions and great service. 

The communication from Marilyn & Keith was speedy & informative and nothing is a problem. 

Great place, great memories. Can’t wait to go back!!

We came across MAK villa quite by chance and wow, I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, Marilyn and Keith were fantastic and I felt like I was staying in a friend’s home.

The booking process was very easy and succinct and they kept me informed throughout the process. 

We were very delayed leaving Orlando International Airport, security was a nightmare then we queued for hours for a car. We had planned to eat on the way to the villa but changed our minds and went straight there. It was so lovely and welcoming. They had left us a very generous welcome package with just about everything you could think of needing. A little card with a lovely message welcoming us to the villa left us feeling very much at home. The trip was for my daughter’s twenty first birthday and they had also left her a box of beautiful chocolates and a card which I thought was so kind but also contributed to the welcoming feel when we were so tired.

I had a message from Marilyn to ensure everything was in order and we were happy with the villa. I know this is full of superlatives and sounds gushing but I truly appreciated it, we have stayed a couple of times with virgin villas and this was far superior. There were six of us; my husband and I, my son and his wife and my two daughters, plenty of room for us all as the villa is spacious and roomy, tasteful furniture which was really well planned too.

The villa is very well equipped, we didn’t need anything, the kitchen has everything you could think of, the bathrooms have hairdryers, there were even straightening irons. Plenty fresh towels too. There were pool toys, lots of equipment for families. My husband has just said to me, make sure you mention how safe and secure we felt; the house is in a gated community in a perfect position. We used to take our coffee and juice out to the porch at the back and watch the sunrise, not overlooked at the back, you just look out onto trees. In short, I can’t wait to go back...

Just another quick thank you and an expression of appreciation for everything you both did to make our winter season one to remember.

We have spent 11 winters in Florida to get away from snow and ice in eastern Canada. Many properties have been comfortable, but your home was the cosiest and the best equipped for our extended stay. 

Our arrival set the tone for our entire visit - after three days on the road in the car- there was a most welcome display of goodies on the counter. We did not have to hurry out for supper or breakfast items. That was pure bliss!

The two king master suites even offered a choice of firm or soft mattresses. I snuggled in and we slept soundly every night in the “Marilyn” themed room. 

We enjoyed all the comforts of home, plus an exquisite view every morning, afternoon and evening.The conservation area directly behind us was icing on the cake. My morning coffee was filled with the sound of early morning birds; lunch by the pool was complete with a view of sandhill cranes, cardinals and the crystal clear pool; evenings included stunning sunsets and the sound of frogs and crickets. The privacy afforded by no neighbours behind us was very peaceful.

The villa itself was well suited for visits from family with grandchildren. Loads of space and plenty of entertainment. I more than appreciated the equipment and supplies (vacuum, broom etc.) to keep everything clean and tidy. Bonus was the clothes line in the garage for any items to be hung. 

We chose to heat the pool for 8 of our weeks and enjoyed it even on cooler days as the heat that was supplied could not have been better. Lots of towels and pool floaties on site.

The garage/games room provided great fun when our youngest guests were looking for an alternative to the pool or community playground. Though we did not use the strollers, pack and plays, wagons, high chair, etc., as a nana to six I certainly appreciated how welcome they would be to visitors with young children.

We enjoyed the easy drives to the Disney properties and local attractions. Publix was an easy walk if we chose not to drive, with a great sidewalk. Of major importance to us was the total confidence in the safety of the area.

The recently widened highway 27 afforded minimal traffic for quick shoots to Clermont for shopping and dining, off the hustle and bustle of the 192.

My husband, a golfer, greatly enjoyed the proximity to Orange County National and the Champions Gate courses, both offering premiere amenities. 

One minor housekeeping issue, a leaky kitchen faucet, was quickly resolved by Sven who was so personable and helpful. Kudos to the management who clean and prepare the property for your many grateful guests. Not an easy task.

We were delighted to actually have the opportunity to meet and visit with you and chat about our future stay at Mission Park.

The villa was extremely easy to find and the whole area was just lovely. The villa itself surpassed all our expectations, the rooms are so spacious, beds extremely comfy and plenty of storage place. Our 2 children absolutely loved having “their own private pool” and it was so lovely to see them both enjoying the games room.
We would happily book the villa in the future to share with family members, there’s so much space. The choice of tv channels was also fantastic, we enjoyed a take away and Christmas film a couple of nights! The contact from both of you has been on point throughout our whole booking, we would definitely recommend booking with Marilyn and Keith if you are looking for a comfy and spacious home away from home.

We stayed in this beautiful villa in May 2018! We travelled with two grown up children and the spacious villa gave us all plenty of space! It is tastefully decorated throughout and provides everything that you would want from a home from home! The spacious open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property is in a great location with bars and restaurants close by as well as great supermarkets! We travelled to Disney most days which is a short drive away and there are also outlets within easy reach! There is a games room & a beautiful pool which is ideal for relaxing privately after a busy day. Having stayed in various accommodations in Florida during the last 25 years, this has been by far my favourite and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Very well presented and exactly like a home from home experience, everything we needed was right here, the pool was wonderfully warm the pool area was perfect and we loved all the floats you provided, Dave and Kev enjoyed the games room too, it was so lovely to meet you and to have you right next door, The beds are amazingly comfortable, lots of towels available. In fact nothing was over looked right down to dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in water fountain and ice dispenser toaster, teapot, all the little essentials you wouldn't normally find in a rental property, I even saw 2 pushchairs and a high chair you have thought of every thing
The views from your home are fantastic to sit and watch the sun go down what an experiance and so nice not to have other houses backing onto us so the out look was the beautiful trees and wildlife, we can not thank you as a family how grateful we are.
Can't wait to return in July

We have just returned (today) from 2 weeks stay at the beautiful MAK Florida Villa 💕 7 adults and 3 children age 1,3,7.... The 4 bedroom villa is beautiful, cosy and very spacious. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The beds are really comfy and the 2 youngest grandchildren age 1 and 3 year old slept contentedly in the travel cots provided.
Everyone loved the pool and patio seating and sunbathing areas (And the adults loved the WIFI/internet access too)
We have enjoyed every minute of our stay here. A great base for us to visit Disney parks, Disney Springs, Universal Studio and Islands of Adventure, Sea World etc. Publix and Walmart Supermarkets are close by and we also found time for shopping at the Premium Outlet Village. Went to the Pirates of Adventure Diner Show and we all loved the monster truck ride at the nearby Orange Farm.
Lots of places to dine out... we tried Bahama Breeze, Applebee’s, Texas Steakhouse, Millers Alehouse and Mannys. Plus a visit to Twisty Treats is a must.
MAK Villa in Mission Park, Clermont is the ideal location for a real home from home experience...and more as the facilities available are everything you need... and so much more homely than staying in a hotel room for 2 weeks. Thank you Marilyn & Keith... your villa is 10/10 👍

 September 2018 - The Millerchip’s

We have just returned from MAK Villa; after 14 glorious days in Orlando! The villa was immaculate, both inside and outside, having everything needed to make it home from home. The bedrooms were very spacious and plenty of storage for all personal belongings and purchases (of which there was a lot 🤣) Towels, Bedding and Hair Dryers were provided, along with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, it felt very homely from the moment we stepped in! The pool is a fantastic addition, which the children loved! We went to many Disney Parks; perfect location and a beautiful, secure complex! Close to all amenities including Walmart....who doesn’t love a Walmart!! Excellent communication throughout with Keith and Marilyn. We have made many memories that we will treasure forever and MAK villa was a contribution to all that we did! It was our “home” after tiring days and as the boys called it “the village” (villa) is beautiful and they loved the padding pool (pool) so much so they didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful time and we look forward to returning very soon! Ooo a final note the boys loved the “shed” too! (Garage) it kept them entertained for hours!!! xx

We had the great pleasure to take our grandchildren to Orlando for 14 days and the great pleasure of  renting out MAK villa.

From the time we booked the villa, right through till we arrived we had contact with the owners.

The villa was like home from home, it was fantastic to stay there, we loved it from the time we arrived till the sad time we had to leave. The villa had everything like we said a home from home, even a wonderful welcome card and food gifts.

Mr & Mrs Baines were always on hand if needed, which they wasn't. The villa had a great pool for the kids and us. All the parks wasn't that far either which was great to.

All i can say is we shall definitely be using MAK Villa again and be letting our friends know. Thank you so much for letting us rent your amazing villa.

Aug 2018, the Lumley-Wilson family from West Yorkshire stayed at MAK villa for two weeks.  The villa was immaculate inside and out and very spacious (you will not be disappointed).  The bedrooms are very roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of storage facilities for all your clothes. The master bedrooms have on suite facilities with the main one having a walk in shower. Towels, bedding and hair dryers are supplied along with a nice surprise from Marilyn and Keith! MAK villa is equipped with everything you will need, including cooking and washing facilities.   The pool is brilliant. We couldn’t get our children out of it to go anywhere!!! MAK villa is in a quiet and secure complex, within close location to many amenities and a 20 minutes’ drive to the Disney parks.    I would highly recommend MAK villa to anyone who is considering booking a holiday to Orlando.  Thank you for wonderful memories, Sara and family.

We highly recommend that you consider spending some time at this beautiful home that is very close to Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and all the hot spots around the Orlando area. The property is extremely clean and well kept. All your conveniences are there.....kitchen items, towels, beach towels, lovely bedding and very comfortable beds! The pool area is fab! Lots of lounge space, including a patio lounge bed, a lovely pool with lanai which makes it great for sitting outside on warm evenings without having to deal with any mosquitoes. The owners, Marilyn and Keith, are super people and extremely helpful if you have any questions. The community is gated and very welcoming. We highly recommend this rental property, and we will be back! Make sure you check out the 'hidden gem' of Clermont.....the Tiki Bar!  October 2017  Steve & Julie  Wykes from Hampshire  ​  Stayed at this villa for 16 nights and we were sad to leave. On entering the villa we felt at home with the cozy living areas, up to date amenities, spacious bedrooms and relaxing pool area, didn’t even need to take towels as bath/ swim towels all provided in a well-stocked laundry cupboard. Huge tv in lounge as well as cable & tvs in all bedrooms. Outside area was lovely and peaceful to sit and listen to the wildlife especially in evenings watching the sunset with the pool lights glowing. Being located in a gated community, we encountered friendly people & the whole area was well maintained. The villa is located on us27 a short distance from Publix and small shops and a short drive from Walmart and Cagans Crossing. ​  October 2017  Andrew & Carrie Law  from Hull  ​  We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at MAK villa. We arrived not long after hurricane Irma, yet the villa was immaculate ready for visitors. The owner had also kept us up to date in the days between Irma hitting and us flying out which helped settle any worries. We found the villa to be perfectly located being just a short drive from Disney. The numerous shops and restaurants literally around the corner were very handy, whether we wanted to eat out, pick up some fast food after a long day or stock up food at the villa, it was all on our doorstep. It's position on mission park was perfect, it was so quiet in the villa which was ideal for me as I am such a light sleeper. The outdoor area was lovely, very private with it backing onto a conservative area. It was also very relaxing to sit out there in the evening listening to all of the creatures (my young children particularly enjoyed this) as well as watching some lovely sunsets. The layout of the villa really worked for us, we travelled as a group of 4 adults and 2 children, so the 2 master bedroom was really appreciated. The villa was also really well equipped. We have visited Florida numerous times before but this has got to be our favourite villa yet. Thank you for letting us stay  ​

  Sept 2017   The Ansell family from Sutton Coldfield  ​  We have just returned from an amazing 11 day stay at MAK villa in Florida. It is a beautiful four bedroomed property that very comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. It is ideally situated for the Disney Parks and Universal & Seaworld parks and just 1hr 15 to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens. The pool area is lovely and on days when the typical Florida weather decides to arrive it is lovely to have plenty of space to relax, watch a film or just chill.  I can honestly say this property is very clean and furnished very well and it is home from home. With a games room, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer it has everything you need, not forgetting a tv in every bedroom and 55 inch flat screen in the lounge. We loved our time at the villa and hopefully will return one day soon. The communication from Marilyn and Keith is second to none and they know the area very well and can provide good advice. Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful home. The prices are very reasonable for such a lovely property and knocks socks off any hotel.

The community it's based in was very quiet and it's located only a short drive to the theme parks, restaurants, stores and shops. The pool was very refreshing after spending all day in very warm temperature. The management are easy to contact and the owners very speedy to reply to any questions posed. Would definitely stay again 5*.  ​  

June 2017  The Page Family  from West Midlands  ​  This was our first holiday to Florida and we were not disappointed in our choice of renting this villa.  The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, both insi...de and out, and everything you could ever need is there. No need to take hairdryers, towels etc, all the items that weigh your case down, anyone renting this will be amazed at how well equipped it is. A great location to drive to the theme parks, it’s a very easy journey (20/25 min) on the I4 and all the parks are very well signposted so no way you can go wrong. Restaurants galore within a couple of miles either way from the villa on the 27 and the I4. I cannot give enough praise for the owners of this villa, from the moment we booked they were very helpful before the holiday, clarifying a lot of things with it being our first visit to America and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit to Florida such an amazing experience, with memories we will keep forever and we will be returning in the future. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed.   ​  ​  

April 2017  Richard & Kim Hirons  from Burton on Trent  ​  We have just come back from a truly amazing holiday at this wonderful villa. It’s location is absolutely perfect – 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Disney and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. Both East and West coasts were easy to drive to as well. On the doorstep are both Publix and Walmart supermarkets, a short drive to a large Target store, and the 192 highway that provides gift shops, bars and restaur...ants galore including the great Millers Ale House. The interior space is superb, our family of five adults and one child had acres of room. All of the bedrooms are so well appointed, the large living area with three sofas (one being a sofa bed), and the fully equipped kitchen/diner had everything that you would wish for. Everything was provided for us, towels, hairdryer & straightners etc. The pool area is a great sun trap in the late mornings and afternoons, again spacious and well maintained. Even with our busy schedule, we had to make sure we had at least two days of chilling around the pool! Thank you both for sharing your fabulous home with us, we can’t wait to come back !!  ​  ​  ​

 So we’ve been back just over a week and what can we say except WOW … we had originally booked for October/November 2020 but we all know how that panned out and after lots of changes we finally went June. We flew in and out of Tampa and highly recommend for children with additional needs as it’s so quiet and quick. We stayed in Tampa for the first few days before heading to MAK villa. very easy to find Keith sent us all the directions even changing it for us when we said we were coming from Tampa. We entered the house and straight away everyone was off in different directions looking and searching, the welcome pack was just a wonderful surprise. We’ve been coming to Disney for 16 years and this is the first time we’ve ever had one! So a nice cup of tea and slice of cake to start the unpacking. With our girls finding swimsuits to jump straight in the pool. They are both very confident and amazing swimmers so we didn’t need to worry. It was very well used. The house it’s self felt like a home and not a holiday let which we totally loved the layout makes you feel like your all together all the time which is lovely as no one feels left out. The games room was a big hit with the hubby and our daughter who spent many hours perfecting their pool game! For me The day bed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst reading and supervising our 2 little ones in the water. The awning is a big hit to protect and cover that bit extra from the sun. It’s also the little touches for us Marilyn was on hand throughout our stay, welcoming us checking in to make sure we were ok. This shows that for them it’s more than a holiday let, it’s a family and they want you to enjoy your holiday and to know they are there on hand if there’s problems. The villa was beautiful and clean and fresh and that’s exactly how I left it washing and remaking the beds before we left and leaving it fully fresh just how we found it. We spent 15 nights at Mak Villa from 18th April and what a fabulous time we had, Marilyn and Keith are such wonderful hosts and are so helpful and knowledgeable, they helped us with car hire this year too and saved us a small fortune ( car hire prices have risen drastically since Covid ) we’ve been visiting Florida for 17 years and this is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and the only one that we’ve ever received a welcome pack which was full of essentials and goodies, we really appreciated that special touch and was so nice not having to go shopping straight away.

The villa is spacious, clean, peaceful, on a beautifully kept gated community with everything you need plus a beautiful pool which backs onto a nature reserve.
It’s in a nice quiet area with a Publix, Walmart, restaurants and a couple of bars with quick access to the 192.

We loved it and will definitely return in the not so distant future.

Just leaving Orlando after a lovely 8 night stay in MAK Villa. Perfect location just off US27, close to Publix, Walmart, 7/11 and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Having our own space to relax and enjoy was fabulous and the pool made our holiday (we weren’t doing all the parks) Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the welcome items were a lovely touch and great start to our week. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

 Amazing villa in a great location for those wishing to relax in a peaceful location following a busy day exploring all Orlando has to offer. Spacious, clean and all the facilities you need, from a bottle opener to a fully equipped games room in the garage.  We had an amazing time staying here in February 2022 and our daughters especially loved the pool area.  It took us about 25-30 mins to get to Disney and about an hour to Universal and Premium Outlets, given the traffic in Kissimmee and on the I4, but being just off the 27 was really handy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Close to supermarkets for the essentials and close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps. We can’t wait to go back and stay in MAK Villa

 Let me start out by saying that you won’t find any better host  than Keith and Marilyn. They go out of their way to make sure that everything you need is done right. We stayed at the MAK Villa from late Dec. 2019 until early Apr. 2020 for the snowbird season. The Villa is a solid 5 Star. It is very well maintained and has everything that a quest would need.  The photos of the Villa are spot on. The location is excellent with plenty of shopping, eating and activities all within a short drive.   The rear of the Villa backs up to a conservation area with abundant wildlife to be seen. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The only issue we encountered was the loss of the internet a few times but that was very quickly fixed by the maintenance company. We have rebooked the Villa for the snowbird season again this winter. The subdivision that the Villa is located in is very quiet and gated for privacy. We were greeted upon arrival and given a welcome package of the basic staples of food to get you going. Thanks to Keith and Marilyn for their hospitality. Can’t wait to go back to the MAK Villa.

and hubby Keith who own MAK villa enough. After being let down several years ago on our usual villa rental we luckily found Marilyn. From the very start they have been on hand to answer any questions and ease any worries you may have. The villa itself is located in a gated community and backs onto conservation area so not overlooked making a magical setting for sunsets and great for early mornings. We have stayed in the villa as a family of four and more recently with friends. Plenty of room for 2 families ( all adults) within the villa, bedrooms have ample storage, clean bedding ,air con and ceiling fans. The kitchen had all mod cons, plenty of plates ,cups, utensils & cooking equipment as well as a huge fridge ,dishwasher and utility area.  All linens are provided in a fully stocked cupboard containing swim/ beach towels ,flannels & sheets. Living space inside and out had adequate seating ample lighting and a variety of furnishings to make any downtime a relaxing occurrence. We highly recommend MAK villa and look forward to our return in 2022

If your looking for a home from home property! Then look now further, you have everything you need here it is in a gated community so Makes you feel very safe that people cant just wonder on to the estate. Mak villa is close to lots of shops too.

The estate is very clean and well looked after people are friendly and helpful..it is also very close to parks but also far enough away to rest and recuperate.

The villa is one of the cleanest and well equipt right down to push chairs for children! A well equipped kitchen utility room with washer dryer . The beds are massive and mattresses extremely clean and soft like sinking on a cloud .

The pool is amazing and is not looked over with beautiful views and very clean.

The villa is one of the best iv ever stayed in, I always contact Marylin and keith 1st, everyone that stays here will always rebook, the thing I love is there is no middle man! If you need something you just contact Marylin or keith and its sorted within minutes what ever time of day or night.

MAK villa will never be beaten cant wait to get back to this little piece of heaven .

We traveled from the UK to Mac Villa because we wanted a holiday which gave us freedom and not packaged up.
We paid for the flights accommodation disney, insurances, car hire ect ourselves.
Got to Mak Villa after a long day of travelling and on arrival there was a hamper with some  essentials and all the things you would immediately run out to get on arrival meaning we could start to enjoy our stay immediately. The villa was clean throughout with many bedrooms and bathrooms all dressed and ready to be used. Its a gated community which means we could enjoy our time without worrying whats going on outside. Disney is a stones throw away with all the other big resorts close by too. Garages, takeaways, Walmart and Publix supermarkets 1 and 3 miles away with restaurant’s and takeaways scattered everywhere.
Mak villa is just past all the holiday mayhem which means you can return to the villa on a quiet neighbourhood away from all the noise and madness and relax.
Having the swimming pool at the villa is a huge plus and great way to relax and unwind. 

Marilyn and Keith have been extremely accommodating and Made us feel welcome in their villa when absent, we rebooked again for next year before finishing our stay as we know it’s where we want to be next time.

Having just returned from our second stay at MAK villa I can honestly say its home from home. 

On arrival you are greeted by a clean spacious cosy living area which is ample big enough for 8 guests. A welcome pack containing all you need to start the holiday including Tea coffee bread cereals wine  etc was an unexpected yet appreciated treat. 

A huge TV in living area makes chilling after a busy day an enjoyable event especially with enough seating for us all to unwind.

There is plenty of space and cooking utensils in the kitchen to prepare snacks or even a full family meal with a huge fridge freezer and dishwasher making things easier.

All the bedrooms were clean and tidy with fresh bed linen and towels, plenty of storage and comfortable beds. There was even hairdryers & straighteners in the ensuites. 

Bedrooms, bathrooms living and outdoor areas all clean and well maintained, as well as the mission park community.

We spent several days around the pool area during our 3 weeks, enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature in surrounding conservation area as well as the amazing sunsets in evenings, which were breathtaking at times.

We had such a fantastic stay at MAK villa and have been made so welcome by Marilyn and Keith that we have booked our third visit.

Marilyn and Keith are fabulous people treating all guests as friends and welcome you into the MAK family not treated as just consumers . They are approachable, friendly and full of advice and am privileged to call friends now .

When Hurricane Dorian put pay to the east coast part of our Florida road trip, Marilyn and Keith came to our rescue.

Not quite the first week that we had planned, but can't think of a better place to be holed up for a few days. We left very chilled at the end of our stay.

A home from home with absolutely everything you need. Spotlessly clean, fantastic pool, amazing sunsets in the evenings and loads of space.

Mission Park is a beautifully kept gated community.

Wi-fi was fast and coverage good throughout the villa and also the pool..

Walmart and Publix are a 5/10 minute drive away.

Thanks again for sorting us out at such short notice, we will definitely be back.

 What do you look for when planning a Florida villa holiday?

Primarily you need it to be safe, you need your family to be safe and secure - in a brick building (you’d be surprised how many properties are built of just wood!), and you need to be way, way away from any gun crime potential. Mission Park needs a code to get through the barrier and gates and only about 10% of the properties are holiday rentals so it’s immaculately kept by the owners, the safest place I’ve seen while I’ve been driving all over, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Secondarily you need privacy. Somewhere clean and tidy you can relax. A home from home. MAK Villa ticks those all boxes. It overlooks a nature reserve at the back and we’ve been thrilled to see the eagles flying high above.

Thirdly, luxuries. A welcome pack on arrival welcomes you and that saved us - it’s strangely not that common (I presumed it would be takeaway central!) to get takeaways and not much is open very late out of town if you land late at night. The garage has games to play but is also stocked with previous tourists and the owners things such as inflatables, well worth a look through before you go mad in Walmart! A pool is just fantastic to have and this one is lit beautifully at night so appeals to adults fancying a late night bob about as well as busy kids expelling some energy.

Marilyn and Keith (MAK) have been absolutely amazing with us in terms of communication and help with recommendations in our planning. So helpful and kind. I feel like we are virtually family

 MAK Villa has everything you might need - air conditioning, a massive smart tv (though there’s rarely anything on!), a huge oven and hob, a microwave, kettle and massive American fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser (immeasurably vital!), utility room for washer and dryer and is fully equipped in the kitchen. Both master bedrooms have huge beds and huge en suites and the kids room share a cute bathroom too.

Having spent our entire savings and then some it may be a while until we come back but back to MAK Villa we will definitely be coming! If any potential renters have questions I am happy for anyone to ask questions via messenger, as I know Marilyn will too.

This is our review of Mak Villa! And wow what a Villa actually I'm going to say a home from home! This is our 2nd visit within 6mths to Marilyn & Keith's Floridian home! Once again the welcome was wonderful, exquisitely clean & a well stocked welcome pack from bread, butter cereals milk sugar tea coffee & even a cold bottle of wine, towels a plenty.
Keith & Marilyn were on hand if we needed them we have had such a wonderful time the area is gated so you feel very safe and if I'm honest this sets this villa apart from others a well looked after neighbourhood! the views at the back of the villa are amazing and very private.
There is nothing you need to make your stay perfect except ur clothes of cause🤣.
Lots of shops very close by Publics, Walmart, Target, five & below lots of restaurants so no need to go far for what you need.
Disney is very close by and very accessible but your also far enough away to relax from the hype of Disney.
This is the villa to choose if you want to he able to personally connect with the owners instead of the hassle of contacting a management company.
We cant wait to vist again in November and stay next door to Mak Villa Marylin whilst you are in residence of your beautiful floridian home.
This isn't it for us were off to spend a few days on Idrive! Happy holidays to who ever comes to this little piece of heaven

 Well what can I say about this wonderful villa that hasn’t already been said myself and my family are returning home tomorrow after 3 wonderful weeks here in the mak villa it’s been everything we wanted and needed and more the villa has 4 spacious rooms and a wonderful open plan living room/ kitchen it is fully equipped with everything and I mean everything u need the kids have loved having the pool and wishes they could take it home 😂 from the moment we arrived Marilyn and Keith have been wonderful we were welcomed with the biggest wellcome pack ever with all essentials so u don’t have to run out right away for anything any questions I have had they are right on hand .... giving out advice on where to go to eat , shop and even have a chill .... it takes 20/25 mins to get to Disney and 35/40 mins to universal perfectly situated ..... I could write a book on why u should choose mak villa it’s just been the best and we can’t wait to return in the future . Thank you for letting us have your home for 3 fab weeks.

 Our stay at Mak villa was nothing but perfect, we arrived on Friday 24th of May we found the villa easy and I loved that it was a gated community very reassuring and it was a lovely quiet street.
The villa has 4 bedrooms two with en suites and very spacious rooms the beds on both master's are very comfortable, the twin rooms were great for the kids the beds again were comfy there was plenty of room and great wardrobe/drawer space.
The open plan kitchen and lounge was great as a family of 7 it was lovely to spend time together whilst mom was cooking we could chat was great, the outside space is great there is a lovely pool seating area and a table and chairs, Marilyn had inflatables at the villa so the kids were pleased, but what really made them happy was the games room most mornings we played pool or the football table was great fun.
The villa is close to wallmart which is the biggest shopping centre around and very reasonable although there is plenty of other shops near by too also you don't have to go far for a great meal we dined out every night except one and even then we had a takeaway from chilli's.
We had some fantastic meals from steaks, wings, seafood and even Chinese.
Another great point about Mak villa was it wasn't too far away from the parks universal which we visited for 3 days was around 35 minutes and Disney and epcot was 20 minutes which was perfect we rented a car.
Marilyn was contactable very easily and was lovely we would highly recommend and definitely would stay again thank you Marilyn and Keith xx

We had a wonderful stay at the villa on the 24th May for 8 days followed by 6 days in the Bahamas. We only wished we had the villa in the Bahamas as two double rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids was quite cramped. The villa was beautiful and so spacious. A lovely welcoming open plan lounge and kitchen just the ticket for relaxing after hectic days at the parks, and the pool was ideal. The children loved it. It was tastefully furnished and very homely. It took us around 20 mins to Disney depending on the traffic and a little longer to Universal, we also went to Bush garden around an hour away. We would definitely recommend Marilyn and Keith MAK villa. It was just perfect for us.

My family and I enjoyed our second stay at MAK Villa in April this year after making a late booking and once again it exceeded our expectations. Located centrally to all the attractions in Orlando and only an hours drive to enjoy Tampa’s Busch Gardens this homely Villa has everything you need to have a great holiday. 

There are 4 spacious bedrooms to crash out in after busy days doing the parks. The kids enjoyed cooling down in the swimming pool in the evening. The rear of the Villa overlooks a nature reserve so it’s a great place to relax. WalMart is only 5 minutes drive away to keep you fully stocked with groceries and there are plenty of restaurants & eateries nearby. Personal favourite of ours was Mannys Chop House on the 192. Good choice of food, huge portions and great service. 

The communication from Marilyn & Keith was speedy & informative and nothing is a problem. 

Great place, great memories. Can’t wait to go back!!

We came across MAK villa quite by chance and wow, I’m so glad we did. From start to finish, Marilyn and Keith were fantastic and I felt like I was staying in a friend’s home.

The booking process was very easy and succinct and they kept me informed throughout the process. 

We were very delayed leaving Orlando International Airport, security was a nightmare then we queued for hours for a car. We had planned to eat on the way to the villa but changed our minds and went straight there. It was so lovely and welcoming. They had left us a very generous welcome package with just about everything you could think of needing. A little card with a lovely message welcoming us to the villa left us feeling very much at home. The trip was for my daughter’s twenty first birthday and they had also left her a box of beautiful chocolates and a card which I thought was so kind but also contributed to the welcoming feel when we were so tired.

I had a message from Marilyn to ensure everything was in order and we were happy with the villa. I know this is full of superlatives and sounds gushing but I truly appreciated it, we have stayed a couple of times with virgin villas and this was far superior. There were six of us; my husband and I, my son and his wife and my two daughters, plenty of room for us all as the villa is spacious and roomy, tasteful furniture which was really well planned too.

The villa is very well equipped, we didn’t need anything, the kitchen has everything you could think of, the bathrooms have hairdryers, there were even straightening irons. Plenty fresh towels too. There were pool toys, lots of equipment for families. My husband has just said to me, make sure you mention how safe and secure we felt; the house is in a gated community in a perfect position. We used to take our coffee and juice out to the porch at the back and watch the sunrise, not overlooked at the back, you just look out onto trees. In short, I can’t wait to go back...

Just another quick thank you and an expression of appreciation for everything you both did to make our winter season one to remember.

We have spent 11 winters in Florida to get away from snow and ice in eastern Canada. Many properties have been comfortable, but your home was the cosiest and the best equipped for our extended stay. 

Our arrival set the tone for our entire visit - after three days on the road in the car- there was a most welcome display of goodies on the counter. We did not have to hurry out for supper or breakfast items. That was pure bliss!

The two king master suites even offered a choice of firm or soft mattresses. I snuggled in and we slept soundly every night in the “Marilyn” themed room. 

We enjoyed all the comforts of home, plus an exquisite view every morning, afternoon and evening.The conservation area directly behind us was icing on the cake. My morning coffee was filled with the sound of early morning birds; lunch by the pool was complete with a view of sandhill cranes, cardinals and the crystal clear pool; evenings included stunning sunsets and the sound of frogs and crickets. The privacy afforded by no neighbours behind us was very peaceful.

The villa itself was well suited for visits from family with grandchildren. Loads of space and plenty of entertainment. I more than appreciated the equipment and supplies (vacuum, broom etc.) to keep everything clean and tidy. Bonus was the clothes line in the garage for any items to be hung. 

We chose to heat the pool for 8 of our weeks and enjoyed it even on cooler days as the heat that was supplied could not have been better. Lots of towels and pool floaties on site.

The garage/games room provided great fun when our youngest guests were looking for an alternative to the pool or community playground. Though we did not use the strollers, pack and plays, wagons, high chair, etc., as a nana to six I certainly appreciated how welcome they would be to visitors with young children.

We enjoyed the easy drives to the Disney properties and local attractions. Publix was an easy walk if we chose not to drive, with a great sidewalk. Of major importance to us was the total confidence in the safety of the area.

The recently widened highway 27 afforded minimal traffic for quick shoots to Clermont for shopping and dining, off the hustle and bustle of the 192.

My husband, a golfer, greatly enjoyed the proximity to Orange County National and the Champions Gate courses, both offering premiere amenities. 

One minor housekeeping issue, a leaky kitchen faucet, was quickly resolved by Sven who was so personable and helpful. Kudos to the management who clean and prepare the property for your many grateful guests. Not an easy task.

We were delighted to actually have the opportunity to meet and visit with you and chat about our future stay at Mission Park.

The villa was extremely easy to find and the whole area was just lovely. The villa itself surpassed all our expectations, the rooms are so spacious, beds extremely comfy and plenty of storage place. Our 2 children absolutely loved having “their own private pool” and it was so lovely to see them both enjoying the games room.
We would happily book the villa in the future to share with family members, there’s so much space. The choice of tv channels was also fantastic, we enjoyed a take away and Christmas film a couple of nights! The contact from both of you has been on point throughout our whole booking, we would definitely recommend booking with Marilyn and Keith if you are looking for a comfy and spacious home away from home.

We stayed in this beautiful villa in May 2018! We travelled with two grown up children and the spacious villa gave us all plenty of space! It is tastefully decorated throughout and provides everything that you would want from a home from home! The spacious open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property is in a great location with bars and restaurants close by as well as great supermarkets! We travelled to Disney most days which is a short drive away and there are also outlets within easy reach! There is a games room & a beautiful pool which is ideal for relaxing privately after a busy day. Having stayed in various accommodations in Florida during the last 25 years, this has been by far my favourite and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

My I say Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your beautiful 2nd home, it was wonderful! Very well presented and exactly like a home from home experience, everything we needed was right here, the pool was wonderfully warm the pool area was perfect and we loved all the floats you provided, Dave and Kev enjoyed the games room too, it was so lovely to meet you and to have you right next door, The beds are amazingly comfortable, lots of towels available. In fact nothing was over looked right down to dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in water fountain and ice dispenser toaster, teapot, all the little essentials you wouldn't normally find in a rental property, I even saw 2 pushchairs and a high chair you have thought of every thing
The views from your home are fantastic to sit and watch the sun go down what an experiance and so nice not to have other houses backing onto us so the out look was the beautiful trees and wildlife, we can not thank you as a family how grateful we are.
Can't wait to return in July

We have just returned (today) from 2 weeks stay at the beautiful MAK Florida Villa 💕 7 adults and 3 children age 1,3,7.... The 4 bedroom villa is beautiful, cosy and very spacious. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The beds are really comfy and the 2 youngest grandchildren age 1 and 3 year old slept contentedly in the travel cots provided.
Everyone loved the pool and patio seating and sunbathing areas (And the adults loved the WIFI/internet access too)
We have enjoyed every minute of our stay here. A great base for us to visit Disney parks, Disney Springs, Universal Studio and Islands of Adventure, Sea World etc. Publix and Walmart Supermarkets are close by and we also found time for shopping at the Premium Outlet Village. Went to the Pirates of Adventure Diner Show and we all loved the monster truck ride at the nearby Orange Farm.
Lots of places to dine out... we tried Bahama Breeze, Applebee’s, Texas Steakhouse, Millers Alehouse and Mannys. Plus a visit to Twisty Treats is a must.
MAK Villa in Mission Park, Clermont is the ideal location for a real home from home experience...and more as the facilities available are everything you need... and so much more homely than staying in a hotel room for 2 weeks. Thank you Marilyn & Keith... your villa is 10/10 👍

We have just returned from MAK Villa; after 14 glorious days in Orlando! The villa was immaculate, both inside and outside, having everything needed to make it home from home. The bedrooms were very spacious and plenty of storage for all personal belongings and purchases (of which there was a lot 🤣) Towels, Bedding and Hair Dryers were provided, along with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, it felt very homely from the moment we stepped in! The pool is a fantastic addition, which the children loved! We went to many Disney Parks; perfect location and a beautiful, secure complex! Close to all amenities including Walmart....who doesn’t love a Walmart!! Excellent communication throughout with Keith and Marilyn. We have made many memories that we will treasure forever and MAK villa was a contribution to all that we did! It was our “home” after tiring days and as the boys called it “the village” (villa) is beautiful and they loved the padding pool (pool) so much so they didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful time and we look forward to returning very soon! Ooo a final note the boys loved the “shed” too! (Garage) it kept them entertained for hours!!! xx

We had the great pleasure to take our grandchildren to Orlando for 14 days and the great pleasure of  renting out MAK villa.

From the time we booked the villa, right through till we arrived we had contact with the owners.

The villa was like home from home, it was fantastic to stay there, we loved it from the time we arrived till the sad time we had to leave. The villa had everything like we said a home from home, even a wonderful welcome card and food gifts.

Mr & Mrs Baines were always on hand if needed, which they wasn't. The villa had a great pool for the kids and us. All the parks wasn't that far either which was great to.

All i can say is we shall definitely be using MAK Villa again and be letting our friends know. Thank you so much for letting us rent your amazing villa.

Aug 2018, the Lumley-Wilson family from West Yorkshire stayed at MAK villa for two weeks.  The villa was immaculate inside and out and very spacious (you will not be disappointed).  The bedrooms are very roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of storage facilities for all your clothes. The master bedrooms have on suite facilities with the main one having a walk in shower. Towels, bedding and hair dryers are supplied along with a nice surprise from Marilyn and Keith! MAK villa is equipped with everything you will need, including cooking and washing facilities.   The pool is brilliant. We couldn’t get our children out of it to go anywhere!!! MAK villa is in a quiet and secure complex, within close location to many amenities and a 20 minutes’ drive to the Disney parks.    I would highly recommend MAK villa to anyone who is considering booking a holiday to Orlando.  Thank you for wonderful memories, Sara and family.

 ​  We just spent a wonderful 9 days at MAK Villa after Christmas. We highly recommend that you consider spending some time at this beautiful home that is very close to Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and all the hot spots around the Orlando area. The property is extremely clean and well kept. All your conveniences are there.....kitchen items, towels, beach towels, lovely bedding and very comfortable beds! The pool area is fab! Lots of lounge space, including a patio lounge bed, a lovely pool with lanai which makes it great for sitting outside on warm evenings without having to deal with any mosquitoes. The owners, Marilyn and Keith, are super people and extremely helpful if you have any questions. The community is gated and very welcoming. We highly recommend this rental property, and we will be back! Make sure you check out the 'hidden gem' of Clermont.....the Tiki Bar!  October 2017  Steve & Julie  Wykes from Hampshire  ​  Stayed at this villa for 16 nights and we were sad to leave. On entering the villa we felt at home with the cozy living areas, up to date amenities, spacious bedrooms and relaxing pool area, didn’t even need to take towels as bath/ swim towels all provided in a well-stocked laundry cupboard. Huge tv in lounge as well as cable & tvs in all bedrooms. Outside area was lovely and peaceful to sit and listen to the wildlife especially in evenings watching the sunset with the pool lights glowing. Being located in a gated community, we encountered friendly people & the whole area was well maintained. The villa is located on us27 a short distance from Publix and small shops and a short drive from Walmart and Cagans Crossing. ​  October 2017  Andrew & Carrie Law  from Hull  ​  We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at MAK villa. We arrived not long after hurricane Irma, yet the villa was immaculate ready for visitors. The owner had also kept us up to date in the days between Irma hitting and us flying out which helped settle any worries. We found the villa to be perfectly located being just a short drive from Disney. The numerous shops and restaurants literally around the corner were very handy, whether we wanted to eat out, pick up some fast food after a long day or stock up food at the villa, it was all on our doorstep. It's position on mission park was perfect, it was so quiet in the villa which was ideal for me as I am such a light sleeper. The outdoor area was lovely, very private with it backing onto a conservative area. It was also very relaxing to sit out there in the evening listening to all of the creatures (my young children particularly enjoyed this) as well as watching some lovely sunsets. The layout of the villa really worked for us, we travelled as a group of 4 adults and 2 children, so the 2 master bedroom was really appreciated. The villa was also really well equipped. We have visited Florida numerous times before but this has got to be our favourite villa yet. Thank you for letting us stay  ​

  Sept 2017   The Ansell family from Sutton Coldfield  ​  We have just returned from an amazing 11 day stay at MAK villa in Florida. It is a beautiful four bedroomed property that very comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. It is ideally situated for the Disney Parks and Universal & Seaworld parks and just 1hr 15 to Tampa to visit Busch Gardens. The pool area is lovely and on days when the typical Florida weather decides to arrive it is lovely to have plenty of space to relax, watch a film or just chill.  I can honestly say this property is very clean and furnished very well and it is home from home. With a games room, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer it has everything you need, not forgetting a tv in every bedroom and 55 inch flat screen in the lounge. We loved our time at the villa and hopefully will return one day soon. The communication from Marilyn and Keith is second to none and they know the area very well and can provide good advice. Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful home. The prices are very reasonable for such a lovely property and knocks socks off any hotel.  

 ​  July 2017  Marcus Peaker  from Sutton Coldfield  ​  Stayed for two weeks at the end of May at this wonderful villa. Very clean & had everything we needed. The community it's based in was very quiet and it's located only a short drive to the theme parks, restaurants, stores and shops. The pool was very refreshing after spending all day in very warm temperature. The management are easy to contact and the owners very speedy to reply to any questions posed. Would definitely stay again 5*.  ​  

June 2017  The Page Family  from West Midlands  ​  This was our first holiday to Florida and we were not disappointed in our choice of renting this villa.  The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, both insi...de and out, and everything you could ever need is there. No need to take hairdryers, towels etc, all the items that weigh your case down, anyone renting this will be amazed at how well equipped it is. A great location to drive to the theme parks, it’s a very easy journey (20/25 min) on the I4 and all the parks are very well signposted so no way you can go wrong. Restaurants galore within a couple of miles either way from the villa on the 27 and the I4. I cannot give enough praise for the owners of this villa, from the moment we booked they were very helpful before the holiday, clarifying a lot of things with it being our first visit to America and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our first visit to Florida such an amazing experience, with memories we will keep forever and we will be returning in the future. Anyone booking this villa will not be disappointed.   ​  ​  

April 2017  Richard & Kim Hirons  from Burton on Trent  ​  We have just come back from a truly amazing holiday at this wonderful villa. It’s location is absolutely perfect – 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Disney and 40 minutes from Universal Studios. Both East and West coasts were easy to drive to as well. On the doorstep are both Publix and Walmart supermarkets, a short drive to a large Target store, and the 192 highway that provides gift shops, bars and restaur...ants galore including the great Millers Ale House. The interior space is superb, our family of five adults and one child had acres of room. All of the bedrooms are so well appointed, the large living area with three sofas (one being a sofa bed), and the fully equipped kitchen/diner had everything that you would wish for. Everything was provided for us, towels, hairdryer & straightners etc. The pool area is a great sun trap in the late mornings and afternoons, again spacious and well maintained. Even with our busy schedule, we had to make sure we had at least two days of chilling around the pool! Thank you both for sharing your fabulous home with us, we can’t wait to come back !!  ​  ​  ​
